Earned a reputation as a passionate prominent leader while managing hi-profile catered events throughout NYC, Hamptons and overseas. Enjoys being creative with flavors while putting a twist on old favorites. Big fan of maximizing the flavor & usage of a single ingredient. She never worries if a recipe doesn’t come out as planned as it can quickly be transformed into something else and still be amazing.
